What insurance or funding does ANEW accept?
ANEW accepts most major insurance providers along with state (medicaid) insurance. The most common policies we are not in network with are Medica, United Health Care, and Medicare. We work with individuals who do not have insurance to obtain coverage. If you have questions, please give us a call to inquire at 952-466-1805.
Can I smoke at ANEW?
Yes, you may smoke cigarettes while in treatment at ANEW in our designated area. Vaping or e-cigs are not permitted.
Does ANEW allow caffeine?
Yes, you may drink coffee or caffeinated (pop and tea) beverages. Energy drinks are not permitted.
What is the criteria or process for admission?
If you completed an assessment and you are interested in attending ANEW, you can have it faxed to admission fax 651-413-2283. Once reviewed, the admission staff will reach out to you directly to complete a phone screen. If you haven't had an assessment, that’s okay! You can call 952-466-1805 and we'll connect you with the right person. We will ask about your use history, if you are at risk of withdrawal, any physical health concerns, medications you are taking, mental health diagnoses, if you are at risk for continued use, and what your living environment looks like. We will also take this time to share more about the program and answer any questions you may have.
For OP with sober housing be sure to include how many children if any and their ages on the cover sheet as well as a contact person so we can add you to the waiting list. Once a space opens up we will call the contact person to set up a phone interview and arrange a move in date. We do require a $200.00 damage deposit for sober housing and we do not provide food for client's so they will need to bring their own food. Sober housing clients must have a minimum of 30 days sober before living in one of our houses.

Is ANEW a Co-Occurring Disorders Program?
Yes, ANEW is a licensed residential treatment program that provides services addressing both chemical health and mental health concerns.
Can I come to ANEW if I am currently utilizing Medication Assisted Therapy?
Yes, ANEW does allow clients to utilize Methadone, Suboxone, Subutex, Sublocaid if prescribed.
