ANEW Outpatient Treatment Program

Our outpatient program is designed to support women, children and their families in regaining independence and stability. It empowers them to rejoin their communities as sober women and mothers who are continuing to work towards long term health and wellness.

If you have already completed residential treatment or have been free of mood-altering substances for at least 30 days, we offer outpatient with sober housing for both single women and women with children.

You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress

Phase I

In the initial phase of outpatient treatment, clients engage in a structured program consisting of three group therapy sessions per week and one individual counseling session weekly for three months. This intensive approach aims to provide consistent support and intervention during the critical early stages of recovery.

Phase II

In Phase II, clients shift focus from intensive intervention to developing sustainable coping strategies and reintegrating into daily life. This phase includes two group therapy sessions per week and one individual counseling session every other week for three months. The primary objective is to build on the foundation established in Phase I by enhancing self-management skills, addressing underlying issues contributing to substance use, and preparing for long-term recovery.

Phase III

In Phase III, clients transition to a maintenance phase, focusing on sustaining recovery and integrating into daily life. This phase includes one group therapy session per week and one individual counseling session per month for three months. The primary objective is to support clients in applying coping strategies to real-world situations, reinforce relapse prevention skills, and promote long-term sobriety.
