Plan of Safe Care Program

We provide services for women who are pregnant and post-partum to ensure healthy births, pre & postnatal care, and safety for families. All of our services are completely voluntary and can be used interchangeably. You do not have to have a substance use disorder (SUD) diagnosis to participate.

    • Residential Treatment Services

  • CPRS Services by ANEW Chemical Health Services

    • Assistance with setting up pre & postnatal appointments

    • Assistance with getting to and from pre & postnatal appointments

    • Completing assessments to determine eligibility (this can be in their home or anywhere in the community or at ANEW Chemical Health Services)

  • Mental Health Treatment by ANEW Health & Wellness Clinic

    • Individual Therapy

    • Couples & Family Therapy

    • Diagnostic Assessments

    • ARMHS Services

    • TMS Services

  • Childcare by ANEW Childcare Center

    • Open Monday - Friday, 7AM - 5PM

    • Serving children ages 6 weeks - 5 years old year round (5 years old - 12 years old during the summer)

    • Flexible scheduling to meet your needs

  • Sober Housing by Spence Specialties, LLC

  • Medication Management & MAT Services by Affirmation Health

  • Pregnancy & Parenting Support by Ramsey County Mothers First

    • Perinatal support

    • Referrals to community resources
