Kelly’s Place

Kelly's Place is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home located in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood in St. Paul. Our home is located conveniently on the bus line. Kelly's Place is a GRH (Group Residential Housing) -funded home. This is a contract between Spence Specialties LLC and Ramsey County to provide room and board services. Therefore, women at our home can focus solely on recovery and parenting. Up to 5 women and their children can live in the home as a community. The women at Kelly's are typically working on or in the process of reunification with their children. We can accommodate women with up to 3 children depending on current residents. Women living at Kelly's work on learning how to parent their children in while meeting recovery goals. You can live at Kelly's for up to 2 years depending on need. Many women living at Kelly's have regained custody of their children, gone back to school to obtain a high school or college education, and became the journey back to employment.
